Monday Motivation with Claire

Motivation Monday will include a weekly meditation or HIIT workout session hosted by an RLAS Board Member!

This Monday, our VP of Events Claire will be hosting a basic, no-equipment workout. The goal of this is to motivate people to go outside and get the body moving!
